In 2008, Colin resurfaced my left hip. In 2016, Colin performed the traditional surgery on my right hip. My recovery time for both surgeries were very short. It has been 15 years since the first surgery. It feels as good now as when it was first performed. Since 2016, I have backpacked over 3,000 miles on the Pacific Crest Trail. There were numerous shorter hikes. I have completed the Boise Trail Challenge 3 times as a walker each under 11 days. Thanks Dr. Poole.

There simply is no better ortho surgeon on the planet. Dr. Poole and his staff made my full right hip replacement a complete breeze. It was easier than a trip to the chiropractor. I literally walked (with a walker) out of Treasure Valley Hospital that same day in about an hour after surgery! I was 4 weeks AHEAD of my physical therapy in a mere two weeks. It was incredible. I'd do the other hip tomorrow it was so painless. Dr. Poole's staff is top rate. No point in going anywhere else.

Dr Poole did a total knee replacement surgery in 2019 on my left leg! I have been back to TOTAL normal activities! Earlier this month I had to have my right knee done as well. Dr Poole used the Mako robotic arm and my recovery is going WONDERFUL!! I expect it will be as GREAT as the right knee and I will be back out fishing, hiking, camping, and enjoying life to the fullest!! Thanks Team!

Dr. Poole and his entire crew were very professional and accessable during my hip surgery. The surgery and rehap went great and I am back to dog walking and yard work and the like, pain free and very grateful. Great team of healers.

Dr. Poole was very patient and made sure I fully understood the process. I knew how to prepare before the surgery, what to expect after surgery and what to do after surgery.

Over the past 3 months I have had both of my knee's replaced by Dr. Poole. The entire experience and TVH were amazing. After 15 years of living in pain with another Dr. who kept telling me I was too young. Dr. Poole saw my pain and knee damage and said "Why live in pain, let's fix it." He did just that and I'm excited to get back to the outdoors and life. Best knee Doc in the Treasure Valley hands down!

After for shoulder replacements afford knee replacements and one hip replacement from Seattle to Boise dr. Poole is by far the best orthopedic surgeon I've ever run across. If I was living on the other side of the country I would gladly drive all the way back in Boise just to meet with Dr.Poole for any of my orthopedic needs
