Great experience. Dr. Poole was excellent at explaining the diagnosis, the procedure and the recovery. Surgery went as explained and I was up and walking the same day. Recovery was right on schedule and Physical Therapy has furthered my progress towards recovery. 3 months after surgery I am pain free and have regained approximately 95% of full mobility in my right hip. Hope I do not have to have my left hip replaced but if I do I would not hesitate to have Dr. Poole do that surgery.

Surgical experience went well, as did after-care visits. Personnel were/are always friendly and helpful. Pain management and sleeping comfortably post surgery have been a challenge even going into my 4th month of rehabilitation.

My surgery was the most amazing experience ever! In fact, two weeks after my first knee replacement, I called and scheduled my other knee replacement! Dr. Poole uses state-up-the art methods. Because of the 6 day pain block he administers, I didn't have the horrible pain I'd heard comes with full knee replacements. Because of a new healing method he uses, I hardly have scares that are noticeable. From the moment I met him, I felt listened to and taken care of and positive that this would be a good experience. And the night before the surgeries, HE called me to check in with me. HE called me, not an assistant. My husband and I were amazed! Who does that anymore? I have put up with bone on bone knees and severe pain for more than 20 years. It's been 8 months since my first replacement and 2 months since my second. I am now able to walk, ride a bike, do yoga and actually get up out a chair without pain! I feel reborn.

Knee surgery and recovery going great. No problems. Love having physical therapy come to my home. It is hard to find someone who hasn't had their knee or hip done by Dr. Poole. Everyone else, including medical professionals, speaks very highly of him and have positive experiences also.

Dr. Poole has developed an amazing plan to deal with pain management. Pain is a big part of knee surgery. This is my second knee surgery. My first surgery was by a different, highly recommended, doctor, but Dr. Poole’s methods made the pain/healing process light years better! Many thanks! My husband has his knee surgery scheduled.
